I've seen a similar escape where both hands go under the leg, but I like this better because it leaves one hand over the leg to help protect the neck, just in case.
No, because your hips to low and his hooks too far. But it's important to stack that arm inside first. I've used this escape sooo many times, trust me it works.
I tried this today in class and the guy just trapped my top arm, sat back and put me in a sick RNC. :( Perhaps I wasn't doing it correctly.
