  • Heres a little tip that might help...when doing the competition sit ups use the dumbbells to hold your feet down, place them in a criss-cross fashion on your feet.It helped me alot!

  • The first time I did this work out my score was 31:27 ... I did it today again and my new score is 27:31 :) Improvement Yay!!!! <3

  • My time was 20:38:84. I used 10 lb weights for the manmakers. I underestimated the twisted pushups.

I love following along with your videos but do you think you can show some modification for beginners or some tips. My biggest issue is the push-up aka I just can do them. lol

  • I love the little pause before each jump. She always does each excercise part; exactly how it should be done to keep perfect form. Thats why she looks so good. No cheating from her at all. What you see her do, so should we. Perfect.

  • Zuzana was why I watched bodyrock.tv. I was not tuning into a channel per-say. Fred was her husband and just the camera man.. ok. Thats like down the road falling in love with the camera man on this one. Or having a valuable house with fence around it and valuing the fence as much as the house. Fred got famous because of her, he was and is a camera man....Get over bodyrock.tv...it was just a name.

  • I am glad you are back.But I need to say this to help some people out.Since they're blocking all comments on bodyrock.tv workouts.I know some people from there are watching your video too. don't buy those fat loss supplements they offer for sale for 98 bucks.That stuff is not worth it.Spend 100 bucks on organic and fresh produce and you will see better results/feel better and of course do Zuzanas workouts.

  • Hi Zuzanna, I wish you would consider one day making a video explaining why you have left bodyrock - I realize you dont owe us an explanation, but I think it would help stop all the negativity towards bodyrock and the speculation about how and why you started your own channel. I am super grateful for your new channel its amazing, I have been spreading the word :) Also if you could answer some of the questions about your channel such as when you will be posting new ZWOD's etc would be great.

  • It is crazy how someone I have never met could mean so much to me! I followed Zuzana's workouts.. From Prague to Canada to LA to Saychielles. For blonde to brunette. She inspires me to get up and move. I luv this new video format too. I can see the moves enough right in the beginning to get a good look and get going. And for those of us that have followed Zuzka, yes she may have lost some endurance. But she is still beautiful and amazing. She still holds terrific form during her moves.
