I feel your pain brother!! Lowsided mine 3 weeks ago! £2000 ($3500) damage! Not a scratch on me though which is the main thing!! You're not a real biker till you've crashed anyway dude, so welcome to the club!!
oh man. that's a shite way to learn the "ride your own ride" lesson. glad to hear that you're basically ok though and that you got right back on the horse. shiny side up!
Aw man, this sucks. Any crash you can walk away from though is a good learning experience. Pretty much guarantees you'll not ride too fast into unfamiliar corners again. Hope you feel better soon mate.
That sucks man! I was at my local bike shop not to long ago and they had some front fairings, lights and tank for a yellow SV that was converted to a track bike. If you want I can call up and see if they still had the parts and take some photos of it for you.
Duuuuuuuude!!!! i know it had to happen but so soon, really sucks dude, you are very lucky with the damage, front fairing shouldn't cost you any more than 200 bucks. for god sake ride safe! :D
@Crackn81 yea i know it was soon but thats kind of what I get for riding really advanced mountain roads at speeds I should be nowhere near ready for. After researching the fairing its going to be about 320 usd. I should have the money in about 2-4 weeks. Sucks cause I was planning on getting a Go Pro soon but itll come soon enough.
That sucks but glad you are ok and nothing worse happened to you man. It happened to all of us. Fix your beauty and get back out there. Another experience, all part of life.
@Wilks89 I actually did look into that but I ended up liking the look of my upper fairing more so Iv decided to just stick it what I had. although Im considering buying a black upper fairing and also replacing my tail fairing with a black on. What do you think a black and yellow sv would would like (since you have had one)?
how did you fall?

Suxxors man, but it is easy to get over confident and those mountain roads will bite you when you least expect it.
Should look into street fighter that bitch...probably be cheaper too..lol.
Biggest thing is that you are ok and was able to walk away with some bumps and bruises. Good luck on getting her back up and on the road again.
