Dude, Dimebag should be tributed, but it's unfair to say that Phil broke up Pantera. Yeah, his problems helped contribute, but most bands eventually fall apart anyway. It sucks that they're no longer together and Phil didn't get help before it was too late, but I still have the music at least.

Dimebag was an amazing guitar player and also think an excellent person, but you cant say that all the finish of pantera was Phil`s fault cause is no true, He just needed something else, also pantera without anselmo`s voice wouldnt be the most incredible band, so shut up...

Agreed. I love Dime, but I can't picture listening to Pantera without Phil singing. He was the reason the band had that swagger about them.
Rex Brown has gone on record as condemning the Behind The Music special. It really made Phil look like the bad guy. Again, I'm not saying he didn't do shit wrong, but it's NOT entirely his fault.

sonnytsn1 there is a mistake in what u said, phil wasnt the one who broke up pantera, but pantera broke up because of his heroin addiction that caused him to behave badly towards his band members. they could have given him a chance and taken him back after his back surgery, but who knows, maybe even that couldn't have saved dime. RIP DIME
