i was about to say what judges sens someone to jail for 25 years for punching someone...even if their old or a family member...but i guess he must have nearly killed her or hurt her bad..and it is elderly abuse so i guess the judge was fed up with his actions...people need to show restraint...i know family members piss us off a lot but they family and really mean well...(hopefully) he must of had priors!

@hitcreatormusic It wasn't HIS grandma that he hit. It was a friend's grandma. And the 25 years isn't the punishment for hitting her, but for an it's for everything he'd done before that. Just like in the NFL, Harrison and Suh get higher fines and longer suspensions because they have a history of doing dumb shit. He's actually going to be out of jail at 40. That's not too old to do something with your life, although chances are, he wont accomplish anything worthwhile except sire more criminals.
