This video is not the whole story. The cop followed procedure. The guy ran a red light and stop sign and when they got to the hospital the people jumped out of the car and the officer drew his weapon (for all he knew the vehicle could of been stolen) It wasn't a situation where the cop see hazard lights and some 1 going threw a red and a stop sign and they jump out of car "my mother in law is dying" and the cop is like "Oh go ahead then"

The red light probably had a camera and if you run it in the area a ticket is mailed. Why couldn't this asshole mail a ticket after finding out it was a life or death situation. When did the family last visit her? Where were they coming from? maybe out of town? Sad that the driver had to jerk around and act smart instead of respecting the law enforcement officer. It's also sad that there is so much hate out there for police officers. Society is failing.
