I'm not sure if it shows strength as well as personal coordination. The atc of swinging that far was probably physically difficult, yes, but I found her ability to coordinate her swinging her body slightly to keep the Hola? Hoop moving very impressive.

Exactly MegrisVernin! As I watched the video, I was more focused on how she managed to keep the hoop rotating than the swinging - you can barely see the hip motion. Great coordination she's got there.

Haha!! The comment I left was a little joke. I'm Becca's friend the guy who was "flagging" and doing the Hula Hoop. You're right though it takes a lot of coordination for her to do that. I don;t think we have any more tricks that are more impressive then this.
