@XTheWayOfTheWarriorX I actually haven't bothered to try it on a laptop, so there may be some other function to make it work on them. =x If you can't find out, I'd suggest downloading some sort of key remapping program online so you can dictate what buttons do what, so for instance your w key can be the 8 on the number pad, s can be 5, etc.

hello sir .. i set up all my mousekeys and sticky keys but after i drop 1 and starting to drop second one the mouse jumps too much.. what should i do?

@rando1167 I would check your Mouse settings and see if any alterations to that help. It might be a very slight change needed. Also the option in the Mouse settings called "Enhance Pointer Precision" messes with the speed a little, and I think it may lead to the issue you're having, where the 2nd and later jumps are bigger than the first, due to acceleration or something of the sort.

So check those out and let me know how that works. If it doesn't help, lemme know what you're trying to do =p

@MendeSk8r You can use sticky keys (another accessibility thing on the computer, like mouse keys) to have it toggled, rather than holding it down constantly, but unless that's turned on, then yep, you need to have ctrl held when you hit the keys, or else it's very small movements rather than large instant ones.

@TheDarkgreen6 I've never really used that feature myself so I'm only going off a guess here. On Runescape, you'd be best off checking the option where the default click is a right click instead of a left click, that way hitting 5 would always bring up the drop down menu first, and then the next click would confirm the command. In this video I was doing clicks with the mouse, while just moving with the mousekeys. Hope that answers your question. Let me know if it doesn't.

@xraygreg1 Do you have the field checked that says CTRL to speed up and SHIFT to slow down? That might cause your issue. Also make sure the Top Speed isn't set at the very lowest.

@allsteelers1 Are mousekeys shown as on? In the options, see if it's set to work when the numlock button is either on or off, and make sure it's set appropriately for that as well

i got the 5 clicking but how do you get the 2 to right click mine just clicks on use dose not right click then go down to drop item can anyone help ?

@slade900 Actually I'm not using 5 at all in this video. =p The actual left and right clicks are done with the mouse, while the mousekeys are being done with my left hand holding ctrl and hitting 2. The timing takes getting used to, but using the mouse to do both clicks is faster than relying on mousekeys.

@Epicskillz56 That was a combination of using the mousekeys with 1 hand to move the mouse and using my other hand to left and right click with an actual mouse. =p You technically could alter the RS options to where the default click is a right click and then use the 5 button only, but pressing that twice is a little slower than just using the mouse for clicks.

@destinystruth Do you hold down CTRL when you press 2/8? That's how you do one instant jump. If you just tap it alone it will hardly move whatsoever unless you hold it down.

for some reason whenever i try and use mouse keys to fish like you i press 2 and drop one, then when i press it again it goes to examine :s ive experimented with all the speeds and the problem wont go away.

@crevan426 All speeds meaning the mousekeys top speed as well as your mouse's pointer speed? If both have that issue, try using the "Enchanced precision" or w/e the field is under the pointer speed (forgot and don't want to bother checking right now lol). That will slightly adjust it as well.

@Pwnagebucket If you turn sticky keys on, you can press ctrl 5 times and it becomes stickied so you no longer have to hold ctrl to go fast. You can also press the * key to make 5 act like a right click. It's a pain to use sticky keys if you're talking to people or if you're trying to surf the web. :)
