This is the problem in North america and if thats the same case in australia, than thats the reason. They had an "autobahn" in montana, usa in the 90's but put limits up again due to too many accidents. Germany is very disciplined in driving. Afterall, they invented the car and with that, they invented driving so they know best in that.

The car was delimited by Hartge, but the only tuning was to tighten some tolerances. It dynoed at about 535BHP.
The front car was another delimited M6, which I followed. It was all prearranged and we chose 4am on a Sunday morning because there was no truck traffic.
wow. you really know nothing about the bmw m6, this car is not TUNED my m6 is stock and i had the same software, it has a software upgrade that removes the limiter that bmw puts in all US spec cars due to liability issues in north america, if u are an us customer and opt for european delivery you can pick up ur m6 at teh factory drive it in the autobahn at 207mph and then take it home. the european m6 which does not include the limiter can do 207mph straight out the factory.
Just because the speedometer reads 330 (205 mph) doesn't mean it's actually going 330 kph. there could be up to 15 kph in speed error. I highly doubt a stock M6 can go as fast as the CGT. But either way it's very impressive. good vid.
to let people know what is possible in an m3 without paying the 90k+ for an m6. Cost of car for me:30,000 Turbo and components 5000 Tune 1500 race clutch 900 boost controller 500 Top and Gears 1200. Intake, exhaust and downpipe, 1500 Vs M6 $100k I eat those from 0-120

Generally I just use indicators. Also, I do not tailgate, and in Germany people are very disciplined, so they move out of the way in good time. I do the same myself when I see faster traffic coming up behind me. I avoid the use of headlight flashers personally.

Watch from the begining to end and lok at how much the gas gauge drops!!! It looks like 2 gallons in under 4 minuts!! My 2000 Altima cant go that fast.
i think it is hilarious that the autobahn is really like that. In sep, i was on vacation over there doing 110 mph in my vw rental (about 2000 km on the autobahn alone). the average wagon was smoking my *ss silly. Think your grandma doing 130-150 mph.... Loved every minute of it.

the car didnt really disapeared you just gotta focus is and you'll see a little bit of tail light haze. i found it weird regarding the sun's sudden rise over the course of almost 4 minutes
I don't understand why a M6 with 5 liter V10 reach only 205 mph? When you take a look on my vid, you see that a 7 year old Skyline R34 with merely 2500 cc straigth six engine easily reach 220 mph on the German Autobahn.
Wow!...now that's moving! The fastest I ran on the autobahn was 152MPH....and I thought "that" was fast.

I just got back from Germany and i saw a black ragtop M6 that was doing a good 280km, who the hell was this guy folowing because that ride was just as fast!

M6 top speed Narredo is 309km/h
so either this is a tunned M6 or the speedometer is wrong !!

there was that one guy in front of you that took off, and i dont think he was ever seen again so i wonder how fast he was going. when u started it was like fully night then towards the end there was some suns so you had to have been goin fast..

the car didnt really disapeared you just gotta focus is and you'll see a little bit of tail light haze. i found it weird regarding the sun's sudden rise over the course of almost 4 minutes

I don't understand why a M6 with 5 liter V10 reach only 205 mph? When you take a look on my vid, you see that a 7 year old Skyline R34 with merely 2500 cc straigth six engine easily reach 220 mph on the German Autobahn.
How can this happen?

Thats because of the turbo ('s) and the tuning... I know people with tuned Volvo 340's 1400cc 4 cylinders driving 220km/h .. and having 200bhp.
