@icauldwell Ya, I agree with h82sk8. You are paying WAY too much! I go to a state college and will pay about $40,000. I don't know if you have your facts straight or not on how much you're paying, but that's more than Harvard (4 year tuition: $134, 836), Stanford (4 year tuition: $131, 976), Yale (4 year tuition: $132,120), and many more Ivy League schools. I'm curious as to what college you attend. It can't be public state because the most expensive is Penn State at just over $15,000 a year.
If 4ys of College costs $30,000? Then $500,000 could have educated (500,000/30,000=16.67) kids. When they could have given one scholarship to someone that was interested in this field would have been more beneficial.
@h82sk8 4yrs of college is ALOT more than 30,000 im paying 60,000 and i go to cheap state school, the average is 40,000 per year which is 160,000 in four years,a little more than three children. but then again would the government give the money to schools for scholorships? no. 500,000 is like a penny compared to the government deficit, who gives a shit if its wasteful spending its nothing compared to the defitcit
@icauldwell Welcome to UTube! I'm sorry reading is not your strong point. If you were to read my post again you might notice you missed the point.

If you are paying $40,000 a year for college? You are either being screwed or you are financing your room and board. Either way you are being played as the fool. Good luck paying it back. Hope you have the sense not to use Freddie or Fannie for help.
