This is not "Artsakh", this is Yuxarı Qarabag. so called "Artsakh" is a fake state with no future. Azerbaijan is much stronger today, much much stronger then in '90s, and it is better for "Artsakh" to peacefully surrender and accept the fact that they live in AZERBAIJAN!
