as for the video when I do It I see double of it not just one and I always focus in on it with my left eye. then to when I do that to the left is a blurred double. I take it you must have only one in your vision? I can't do that. It's like how some people cant raise on eyebrow I don't even know where to begin when I try crossing my eyes to looks at my nose.

The easiest way is to look at your fingers then put them on your nose and keep looking at them you've got crossed eyes.

We must agree, that is a very affective way; however, some people tend to lose their crossed eyes after they take away their finger from their nose! We would like people to be able to do it without using any hands! =]
