This song is an Angel Sanctuary soundtrack called 'Sanctus, the fall of roses' =) It's such a pretty song. I think I'll do a bleach amv for it ^^

Hmm. I wonder if that was Kiba taking revenge after the previous, "end of the world" which really was a recycle of the planet. In that case, how did previous Kiba die. Kiba seems to be the only thing surviving the cycle each time. Seems like he let him self drown a the end of the series, after the cycle in the series had ended. In that case he can't be taking revenge on the next cycle Darcia and Maid.

Any idea as of why Darcia killed Quent's family?

I don't think he killed his family. I think that Jagura's troops did while looking for wolves. I believe that Quent just remembered Darcia being there in wolf form and connected it to his family's death. I haven't seen the anime in a long time but I think that's how it was.

Either that or it could've been a different Darcia (perhaps Darcia the 2nd), or, as one's memory tends to do, he put a wolf there and associated it with Darcia when he finally saw Darcia's wolf form.

Yeah the song that goes with it is amazing. A long time ago I searched for the song the person used on the video. I forgot where I got it from but the song is called "Sanctus" and on my Windows media player is says "Angel Sanctuary OST"
