Some of the best and worst aspects of my thinking came to the surface. If i could I would just go out into the woods alone on a vision quest. The meditation centers make it so much easier because of the support system and structure for this process of self discovery.
I have too many distractions, I would need to live in a monestary out in the desert or on a semi deserted island. Meditation was easy at the meditation center, at home meditation is difficult I have way to many cats and dogs.
@pgm98387 You're absolutely right. Too many distractions. I, like you, need to go into a retreat to see what that feels like, to feel what our "Real" and "Natural" self feels like, even though the "self" doesn't exist in the end:) Anyway, Nice comment!
