  • START THE ENGINES HAHA

  • I had a nest under a push mower and i cranked it up and got stung about 8 times

  • Unusual is right. Looks like the nest was in the bag, so starting it up would have sent them out right at who ever was there. Malathion or Seven spray at night would do it.

  • we found a wasp nest built under our mower yesterday! gotta wait for an extermintor to come before we can mow the lawn.

  • wow yellow jackets made a nest outta your lawnmower, that is strange.

  • Those are a Hornets

  • For the stupid commenters that don't know that yellow jackets are wasp I'm letting them know now.

  • Wasps build nest anywhere. Iv yet to find the one that keeps brining them back in my garage. There is at least a hundred or so of them in and around my garage all summer long every year, and Iv yet to find a nest in there. Which means they must be inside the overhangs...

  • I hope you live somewhere there can be snow...

  • Flame-thrower and problem is solved.

  • Dear, it;s your week to cut the grass. Me and the guys are going fishing. Love ya!

  • starting the lawnmower = wasp problem solved

  • would somebody please press the start button...

  • if only lawn mowers were that easy

  • Wrong and wrong. Well done. The music is the theme to The Green Hornet (yes, based on FOTB). They *are* wasps - Vespula germanica. Despite what you may have learned from cartoons, honey bees are not bright yellow and black. Go look for yourself.

  • about 8 fogger grenades should do the trick!

  • thats the outside of a bee hive they did the same thing with my horse roll and i wanted to find out. was a bad idea

  • u should fire that bitch up and see what happens

  • you know, i was thinking the same thing

  • WTF

  • Somebody start that mower!

  • My grandma did that once. They attacked her

  • tern it on

  • i had nest of these little guys in a decayed tree stump. didn't have a problem with them being there until i ran over the stump with my mower. i ended up drowning them out with a water hose because they kept chasing anything that came near their nest after i shredded their "home" with my mower.

  • Fire up the mower and see how many gets shredded! :D

  • you should fire it up :D

  • just throw a firecracker inside of the mower it wont do any damage but the shockwave will kill all the wasps

  • Lol! The music!

  • that happened to me once, i fired it up, and then like twenty wasps flew out, i shut it off and ran like hell...

  • Put the whipper snipper on and fuck them all. Especially the nest.

  • you know the solution, wheel it out and fire the fucker up! yeeee haaa.

  • what happens if u turn it on?

  • bad things 4dumb, bad things...

  • dude that happen to me and my dad too. my dad was cutting the grass and herd something weird from the mower when he open it only 2 wasp flew out the rest got shreded. the mower was was fill with pieces wasp. when i saw it me and my dad was like O_o DAMN!!!!!

  • switch the mower on

  • Technically those are not wasps, they look like German Yellowjackets = hornets. Doesn't matter they'll still hurt if they sting you!

  • If you want to get technical, they are Vespula vulgaris - the common wasp. Not a hornet (Vespa sp.) and only known as a yellowjacket in North America.

  • lol good to know

  • for real language, i thought they would just let people mess with them.

  • I am very scared of wasps?

  • is that a question or a statement??

  • how did u get the camera there with out being stung?

  • Those are yellow jackets

  • We've been through this before. 'Yellowjacket' is a colloquial American term. I'm not American.

  • Hard to say.. maybe european wasps.. can't see the wing shape so well, tho the bodies look about right.

  • It was European wasps.

  • We had a bunch of really tiny wasps set up a nest in a bin full of ropes!

  • Great vid. Waps and stuff makes nests around my area all the time! :( They even made a nest in between cars doors of a car we were going to try to sell for parts.

  • Make sure you charge extra for the wasps then!

  • Switch it on!

  • Not a good idea. They could become aggressive and attack.

  • Good excuse for getting out of mowing the lawn...

  • START THE LAWNMOWER, that will kill the tricky bastards :-D

  • Actually their nest was in the grass collecting chamber, so they'd be safe. As the mower relies on air currents to drive the grass into the chamber all that would happen is a hundred or so very angry wasps would be propelled out towards whoever was foolish enough to switch it on!

  • ok, how was i supposed to know that :D

  • Exactly! Perfect Youtube material!

  • for some reason this is one of the funniest video's i ve ever seen lmaoo

  • lmfao freak

  • Answer - Use the Mower more.

  • this is why you dont stash a bunch of crap and leave it like that..

  • try and start that lawnmower see what happens

  • love the music! :)

  • lololololll

  • LOLOLOLOLOL

  • That is mad.

I remember on TV seeing a wasp nest in the ringbinder section of an old photo album. I hate the damn things!

    Waasps, not albums.

  • jeepers turn on the mower and litterally let them rip

  • Start 'er up XD

  • it looks like bees not wasps

  • Nope, defo wasps.

  • bees for sure

  • Try getting honey from them.

  • i like the music really go`s with the scene

  • Turn on the Lawnmower, let's see the dead Yellow Jackets get RIPPED into 2.

  • Those are yellowjackets

  • Yellowjacket is the colloquial American term for what is known to entomologists as the common wasp, the german wasp and the median wasp (Vespula vulgaris, Vespula germanica and Dolichovespula media, respectively). In the UK we just call them wasps.

  • LOL- Thank you for clarifying ;-)

  • i like hornets wasps and bees but i don't wanna get stung

  • how did you get so close???..creepy things

  • They're not nearly as aggressive as most people assume. I've had wasps eat jam off my face before! I've never been stung.

  • lol you shouldve blew it up in the desert

  • They make themselves the weirdest homes. I had to got o the emergency room last summer because I was stung by wasps that had set up a colony INSIDE the hot tub!

  • TURN IT ON! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT!

  • i'm scared of insects

  • you should get a wasp suit thing and turn on the lawnmower.

  • i'd do that too. I HATE WASPS.

  • Nice video. These are yellowjackets, a type of wasp closely related to the hornet. They'll nest just about anywhere they can get into a big enough enclosed space.

  • uhhh... you speak of wasps, and the theme music is from The Green Hornet. Amusing nonetheless...

  • whoa freaky part to live in that bomb nest, if i was you , ill get a flamethrower and scorch that shed to the ground. god i hate bugs, and theres a "rainforest" in my backyard

  • That's not that unusual. I've seen them make nests behind the door which leads to the gasoline tank on cars. I think they're attracted to the fumes, even though if you splash them with a little gas its game over.

  • Lol
