I really love it, i wonder why I didn't see this look back then o.O however....I LOOOVE IT! I think that pigment is similar to the'Blub' eyeshadow also from MAC isn't it?
@youngersis14 Hi, sorry I can't help you with that as I've never been to the US & am not familiar with the stores over there. Maybe one of your local pharmacies or drug store might have some??
Wow, you outdid yourself on this one! This has to be one of my favorite looks you have done. I will be doing it tomorrow:) Amazing job you do...seriously.
Hi I stumbled on to your videos a couple of days by accident and recogonised the accent and was delighted to see an Irish Makeup artist on youtube and a Galway girl with that .. haahah I am from Co. Limerick so knew I knew the accent but didnt know where exactly from.. Good on you.... delighted to find your work.. its excellent.. my dream job would be to be a make up artist.. I can but dream.. I am all subscribed so wont miss out on you any longer .. Take care
i love this tutorial, its perfect, but i need to ask you something , about this pigment , when i tried to do this make up, this pigment green brown is very very green , different than the one you used , completly diferent. thank you so much! :)
I have got to tell you that i have watched many smokey eye videos and tried them and i just cant get it to look goot. This was just the best way using the paint pot. I used ELFs cream and it worked great. I didint do the gyms cuz im trying to perfect it. I have done it 2 days in a arow and have been so impressed; Thank you so much for showing me this.
"Ancient Greeks and Romans celebrated New Year on the winter solstice"
Pagan Roman emperor Julius Caesar first established January 1 as New Year's day in 46 b.c. in honor of one of his Pagan god Janus . Janus was the Roman pagan god of doors and gates, and had two faces, one looking forward and one back. "January" the month named after this Pagan god Janus ,rituals of getting drunk and taking part in sexual activities , was a way the pagan romans pay tribute to honor their pagan god Janus.
You have a way of doing looks that seem simple and neutral at a glance, but if one allows their eyes to adjust, it becomes rich, complex, and detailed.
So gorgeous! I love this look. Very do-able. I will have to try it soon. I have been trying to work with Blue Brown pigment and this look is so great for it.
@LetzMakeup I have such an awful time trying to do cat-eye liner. They never seem to be symmetrical and the angle of the line never seems flattering. Do you have any advice about how to do this, or maybe you know that some eye shapes just don't carry cat-eyes very well?
@Luftmenshca Most people's eyes are slightly different shapes, some are more noticeable than others. My friend for instance has two different shapes so when I do cat eye for her, following the line of one eye gives me the shape I want but for the other eye I have to pull the line up more than I would because if I follow the natural shape of her eye then it will taper down. Figure out how your eyes are shaped and make adjustments then you will make the eyes look more symmetrical at the end.
I have the wet n wild night elf palette which has a shade that is a dupe for the blue brown pigment and it's such a lovely color.. but I'd no idea on a good way to wear it.. now I do :D Thx <3!
I hope you can buy ur new light soon but don't worry to much about it all your videos are fine and we would miss you so badly if you don't upload some... ;)
This is really a lovely look... Oh I did that Festive/holiday makeup you did the other day... in turquoise and green instead of purple for my blue eyes... looked really great :)
@HereComesTheRooster layer first your lippie, dab with tissue then add translucent powder top of that pat it on then add another layer of lippie again :)
@HereComesTheRooster Or you could use a primer for the lips first, and then fill in the entire lips area with a lip pencil before applying the lipstick. Use a lip brush if you want to push it into the lips a little better! x
Great video!
