It is very very clear!!!! Alan Heath add this film 29th March 2008. I can't remeber what was this day, but... It was the end of March.
Poland and Israel are situated in the same time zone. But in Polnad we changed time in last sunaday (2.oo am) of March (from winter to summer time) and we return to winter time in last sunday of october (2.oo am also).
At March time changing we omit one hour - it means we change our clocks from 2 am to 3 am in last sunday od march. Clear: 6.30->7.30 :)

Factor 50% i used wrong, I meant shops in Poland, same things are cost's for e.g. 300 PLN (~150USD), at TLV i bougth it for 50USD :) If I have more time, I would spent it in this shop and I'm sure to find something intresting and cheapper to 40 USD too.About Krakow-as I remeber we haven't very long time directly connection with TLV.

Hehe. Well. I was there with my school in March. Guess what? Half of the group (we were 19 in total) wasted alot of time on the Mc Donalds outside the passport control. They finally realized that it was about time to go to the flight, but the passport control took ages. The plane waited (I had already borded), and we thougt we would nearly miss our connection to Oslo, but the plane waited for us in Prague! Well we were 19 going to Oslo so it would have been expensive to keep us all at a hotel.

It is entirely up to you to inform yourself of not only the status of your flight, but also its departure times. Did you ask anyone at the airport or just assume? Funny, when traveling I am always early... why are you complaining? Just because you were inconvenienced in some small little way?
The very first thing I would have done is to inquire why the times were different and not take things for granted especially with airlines.
Odd isn't it? If I get something in writing and especially a contract I assume it to be correct. Maybe I ought to ask if all the other contracts I possess are correct, e.g. the deeds to my property, the supply of electricity etc.. Strangely enough on asking El Al they also agreed with me.

Hehe. Well. I was there with my school in March. Guess what? Half of the group (we were 19 in total) wasted alot of time on the Mc Donalds outside the passport control. They finally realized that it was about time to go to the flight, but the passport control took ages. The plane waited (I had already borded), and we thougt we would nearly miss our connection to Oslo, but the plane waited for us in Prague! Well we were 19 going to Oslo so it would have been expensive to keep us all at a hotel.

Oh dear.... in your case I would have expected the plane to go!! And especially the onward connection!! But thanks for sharing the story!!

Alan,
It is entirely up to you to inform yourself of not only the status of your flight, but also its departure times. Did you ask anyone at the airport or just assume? Funny, when traveling I am always early... why are you complaining? Just because you were inconvenienced in some small little way?
The very first thing I would have done is to inquire why the times were different and not take things for granted especially with airlines.

Odd isn't it? If I get something in writing and especially a contract I assume it to be correct. Maybe I ought to ask if all the other contracts I possess are correct, e.g. the deeds to my property, the supply of electricity etc.. Strangely enough on asking El Al they also agreed with me.
I am public spirited enough to warn other people. You may consider the loss of connections as 'small' as does El Al. If I don't perform, I don't expect people to pay me.
So what is your problem?

Yes he shouldnt complain, there is millions of people who would love to be fortunate enough to travel.. Boo hoo its an hour... Are you in a rush to get back the UK :P

very true. Where where you connecting to? LOT/El AL may have had to switch planes at the last minute. possibly to one with a lower MTOW.

dude, it was only one hour who care. althoe yes it is annoying, but you can'y blame them. Usualy when i fly i read the terms and conditions very carfuly. it is possible that the class of travel you where in didn't have automatic update benifets.

The terms and conditions very clearly stated in writing what the departure time is.

I accept that planes can be late for normal reasons. Lot or El Al got the times wrong on their official information.
