When you were adding the icing, you should have hollowed out the head, lined it with white icing and filled the rest with strawberry jelly filling to make a brain and skull. Then hollow out an area for a heart and fill it with cherry jelly, and make to spaces filled with grape jelly for lungs! Maybe even make space for intestines filled with lemon or orange jelly/preserves. It would add to the humor and disgusting gruesomeness of the cake.
