I saw the man Winwood in the sixty seven play with the three man group, Traffic, at the SF Filmore. Everyone came to see Moby Grape, they were amazing, And everyone left after the Graps set. What a treat. Chris Wood on woodwinds, drummer Jim Capaldi and and Winwood on the B3, with those Lesley speakers spiting out the sound, playing the bass run with his feet and a strat on his shoulder. He was all of twenty years old at the time and he took on the Bobby Bland tune Blind Man
He was all of twenty years old at the time and he took on the Bobby Bland tune Blind Man written by Deadric Malone/Joseph Scott. That has to be one of my all time best moments of my listening career. I was on top of the world in bliss. And all of four hundred people in the audience. Lord Have Mercy. Can I get a Witness.
This was one of if not the best concert I have ever seen! The video captures the level of muscianship and energy that Eric and Steve showed all through the night! Seeing the guy with pro equipment(not visible from where I sat) makes me hope that an official DVD may be in the works!
looks like they had it professionaly filmed, look at the guy below Clapton in the video. That's pro gear being used.Wonder if they'll release another dvd?
I loved this show, only the fifth concert I've ever seen and really the best, awesome to see your great videos, too! I liked this song and Georgia on My Mind the best, Winwood really has grown into that one!
Dude GREAT seats and GREAT video, dont be sorry about the quality, it is awesome....thanks for posting this I was up high with my Flip Ulta HD and got a lot of the show from Chicago, but first time with camera so not so great. ROCK ON!! This was 1 of the BEST shows ever.
V.nice filming of a great song. Thanks a lot. Just saw most of his shows here in the UK at the Albert Hall, Liverpool & Manchester I felt they were average compared to this. He was coasting along in second gear! It's amazing when you've got real talent like Winwood who can push Eric to new heights.
i was there 3rd row to the right. it was amazing. eric's solos were amazing all night long. steve winwood kicked so much ass, and is crazy talented! georgia on my mind, had to be top 5 perfomances ive ever seen.
Just post 2 minutes of Geogia on my mind if you want to check out, sorry did not get it all. Enjoy ! I agree this was just an all around great show, one of my favorites & it will be hard to top.
Thanks so much for this video! I missed seeing Clapton is Omaha in '07 because my ex-girlfriend made me go to prom! I took my (new!) girlfriend to this concert and she and I were just blown away! Kudos to you for this amazing footage!
This is awesome, great blues and musicianship by Clapton, Winwood, Willy, Abe and that pianist as well! Just beautiful and memorable!!
Thank you!!

Tough Luck Blues ? No ! It's "It's too bad (things are going so tough)" from the first album of Freddy King "Freddie King Sings"

That's probably for the big screens that are in arenas so people in the back can see what's going on.

Yes it was just for the screens up above so the people in the nose bleed seats could see as well.
