A hoon is typically a young male who lowers a sedan, runs a loud stereo and exhaust and partakes in dangerous driving, does burnouts and other inane and anti social activities. Because of the way this law has been written, a law abiding 60 year old who has just retired and undertakes basic modifications to his 4wd to allow him to safely tow a caravan around Australia will be classified as a hoon. This is wrong.
