I AGREE, but I feel we need to go one small step further and someone needs to buy, fix up, and reopen the old pomp room! While I was to young to ever go myself... that place is without a doubt a true Sioux Falls legend! If someone with the cash, nuts and bolts (if ya get my drift) would reopen that place, I would move back home in a heart beat!

How did you know my first name?.... I know it was torn down, I misspoke. Instead of "fix up" I should have said rebuild. Whatever the case, The Pomp Room or someplace like it should have a place in that city. Show me another place like The Pomp that attracts the kinds of well known bands which The Pomp did in its time? How me another place with music as good as there used to be at The Pomp that welcomes both adults and teens (some of the "all age" shows were great according to legend)

The Zip Feed thing was great public television! As a child who grew up in that city, only thing that beats that when it comes to public television might be a return by Captain Eleven!
