RIP June Allyson, Cyd Charisse, Alice Faye, Lillian Gish, Ruby Keeler, Dorothy Lamour, Maureen O'Sullivan, Ginger Rogers, Lana Turner, and Katharine Hepburn. Damn, almost everyone in this video is dead. Only people that haven't passed are Luise Rainer (who is 100 in 2010), Esther Williams, and Drew Barrymore. Congratulations Luise Rainer.

Seeing the classic movies with these wonderful actresses in their prime is great. Yet seeing them displayed in a tribute is greater. It's just so hard to believe that some are gone. Aging is a terrible thing. Brings tears to my eyes.

Notice how when Marlee says Kate Hepburn's name, you can see Ginger Rogers not applauding. Probably because of the fact that back in the '30s, Katharine said that, "Fred gave her class and she gave him sex." All though Kate meant sex appeal, Ginger didn't take the statement to politely.
