but the russian synchro technique hasnt improved ven at newest movies you still hear the original voices sometimes

I think it depends on the studio, some do a bad synchro work some pretty good one. BTW, there are 2 types of Russian translations: dubbing and when you can hear English (they don't try to synchro). I usually prefer the later, like to hear original voices and intonations.
