if you added another small incline on the oppsite direction of the board where it usualy flips then it would balance out and nvr flip

In long jump during a competiton do you use the lift board?
im in junior high and 12

@Cheesepufforu no you dont. you only use a lift board in practice to get better. in track meets you just use the flat board
