Loved the boots. I'd suggest that you script the report, so you don't waste a lot of voice. You'd get to the point a lot sooner. Also, it looked a bit clumsy the way you were clomping all over the corner of your duvet on the floor, and we couldn't really see the outfit properly. Why not plan beforehand where you're going to stand and tidy up the room a wee bit?

NC means neutral cool. So how can you be warm toned? That would be NW.

When your NC at MAC they class you that because you are yellow/olive undertoned, but anywhere else that would be considered warm toned

When your NW at MAC they class you that because you are pink undertoned, but anywhere else that would be considered cool toned

Even some MAC artists are confused about it just ask them when they classify you NW or NC you would be the opposite say at bobbie brown
