    This is exactly the concept of this installation.

    Order over chaos.

    For me, it is a comment on the battle between nature (chaos) and machine (order).

  • this is brilliant - I love the notion of selective utilization of the pendulum's haphazard path in order to accomplish a goal. It's like filtering randomness/chaos to reveal order... I'm wholly inspired by this concept.

    The pendulum's position is tracked with an IR led (on the pendulum) and a Wii Remote (on the wall, pointing at the drawing area).
