It is the major share holders and board members that are forcing the sale. The Busch family does not want to sale but was thretened with a hostile take over from the board if they did not. If that happened then they would have lost everything, or just about, and the company would still have nbeen sold to In-Bev. So i do not blaim them for selling. It was a lost cause for the family.
