  • Back in the day, where the crowds were louder.

  • I'm a Clemson alum, but really like both UGA and LSU. I watched this game in a friend's dorm room at University of Massachusetts in my freshman year before transferring to Clemson...this remains one of the best-played games I've ever seen in my entire life.

  • If they played that game 100 more times, Georgia wins like 95 of em.

  • @blake102584 Bullshit. We had one of the worst offensive lines in the country and a very depleted offense overall. This game was a classic but we got thumped in the SEC Championship... LSU was the superior team and their national championship confirms it.

  • @myanbrosfilms Derek Dooley is now the Tennessee head coach. He used to be an assistant at LSU

  • Look at the plethora of Georgia fans in the end zone, 8:00.

  • I wish LSU and UGA played every year. I'm still sour about getting refjacked in 2009.

  • @libertybraves both teams got the same call. We handled it better and won. The refs had nothing to do with your D missing 17 tackles and giving up a 30yd game winning RUN

  • @gasperoutdoors that call was not nearly as costly. the game situation was completely different. LSU had time to run their plays without hurrying too much. UGA was in hurry up mode. LSU has less pressure because they had more time. But if the first unsportsmanlike flag was not called, LSU would have been in a passing situation, instead of running.Just saying.

  • @zalowery We got the ball with 1:02 left, had a 40 yard return, plus a 5yd flag, then a 33yd run, and scored in 15 seconds. Y'all got the ball with 0:47, had a crap return, DID NOT move the ball and threw an interception. Both teams had nearly identical late game situations, LSU dominated, UGA crumbled.

  • @gasperoutdoors But it still would not have been the same situation. Our kicker could kick the ball into the endzone deep enough for a touchback. not even les miles would run the ball from Lsu's own twenty. The penalty was costly.

  • @zalowery you're an idiot. can you read? we scored in 15 seconds. Y'all had 47 and did nothing at all. you had a chance and did not play as well as we did, FACT

  • @gasperoutdoors No it was sort of like that fluke win LSU had against Bama earlier this year. You know, the same team that got shutout and killed in the national championship. What does scoring quickly have to do with anything? What I said is that Uga's kicker was capable of kicking deep enough for a touchback. With a little over a minute to go from your own twenty, LSU would not be running the ball. It would be a passing situation. So you are the idiot. The penalty changed the situation.

  • @zalowery you're right it changed the situation for LSU. Then it changed the situation for UGA. With less than 2 minutes left in a 1 possession game, what matters more than scoring quickly??????? Also, I wouldn't take too many cheap shots at LSU 2011 because we beat the FUCK out of your sad ass dawgs.

  • @gasperoutdoors Good officiating. they a beat a one dimensional offense. UGA lacked depth in key areas on the defensive line too. They got tired and they couldnt stay off the field bc the offense kept going three and out bc they had scout running backs in the game.Pro style offenses need both to be decent.. But for one half when everyone was fresh, Lsu didn't get a single first down. depth and a one dimensional offense helped that game get out of hand. LSU just figured it out around halftime.

  • @zalowery winners don't make excuses like awful officiating(which it was) we just win. Are you trying to sat UGA is a 1 dimensional offense and that's why you lost to LSU this year? I honestly am speechless at the thought of that.

  • @gasperoutdoors How many times does LSU score in 15 seconds? Whats the probablity that they score that quick on every drive? I doubt its a consistent thing. Therefore, it was a fluke. If LSU has scoring drives that are an average of 15 seconds then i'll admit that LSU just straight up beat down Uga. but I know that that's not the case. Yeah LSU whooped us this year. But you lost in front of the whole nation. 1st place losers are no better than all the losers behind them.

  • @zalowery I don't agree with that at all. We went 13-1, won the SEC west outright and the SEC championship(easily I might add). I don't think most people would comsider that a failure. Your team went 10-4(a nice season), Lost the SEC title game, and lost a lower level bowl game. Ole Miss went 2-10, lost every SEC game, fired their coach, and obviously didn't get a bowl bid. How can you possibly consider the 3 teams to have had the same level of success this year? You're delusional.

  • @zalowery UGA lost in front of the entire nation too bro ha...it wass nationally on CBS. and the 1st place loser, LSU, and Alabama were a lot better than everyone else last yr. They split the series 1-1, and would have beaten down on anyone else they played besides one another.

  • That epic pass from Matt Mauck to Skyler Green elevated LSU's play to a national title that year

  • I'd put this against the earthquake game any day....the stadium went fucking nuts.

  • @betaomega04: I agree! I was in the student section for the Earthquake Game in '88 (which was arguably the loudest spot in the stadium, especially since the last-minute game-winning touchdown pass was completed in the north endzone right in front of the student section) and I think the Georgia '03 game with ESPN Gameday was definitely louder. 8-)

  • @betaomega04 i was in the student section that day... the shyrone carey run was the loudest sound i'd ever heard in person... until the skyler green catch

  • UFBear15 doesn't know jack or football

  • I forgot how boring this game was and how awesome the ending was..

  • 3:29 Derek Dooley sighting!

  • @superslothx1 who is derek dooley?

  • I still can't remember why I was rooting for LSU? Lol

  • LSU stadium has a curse n KICKERS

  • this is the game that changed LSU football forever!

  • Damn...they missed a block in the back on LSU at the 8:30 mark. LOL

  • Great game!

  • David Pollack....his motor never quits and he likes to suck dicks
