  • Do you only train men or do you train both male and female b/c if you do I need a few and tips on how go lose weight in the abdominal area an tone it just a little bit to where it's tight but not to muscular and what foods to eat to help lose the weight quicker

  • looks like nothing cause 225lbs on a tbar is nothing lol..

  • hey guy

    tell me about your suplements

cause I work my body a lot and just foods is not necessary fo me. =(

    * sorry my english.

  • in terms of supplements I like to keep it very basic with amino acids and whey protein between meals to get the extra protein to my muscles. food IS VERY necessary for everyone especially those individuals trying to build lean bodies!

  • your advice is great for fitness in the 21century. I have been following your tips and my body is lean, cut and most of all balanced. Anyone can focus on building big "1980's" arms but then again anyone can have a mullet. thanks for the videos

  • @jettex30

    Thank you very much!

I like to train a variety of ways. sometimes I will train like a 1980's muscle man with a rockin mullet! and then I will go back to a more "modern day" approach and do HITT. mix it up!

  • @jettex30 man.. who is u dissin on ma mullet man fuckn round talkn bout man?

  • I think it's hilarious to watch others judge someone who is very successful at what they do.

    Who cares, it's his body!

Let him do what he wants. When you look better than him, than I believe it's permissable to pass judgement.

  • whats the point of doing them with such a small range of motion, such an upright posture, and with a jerking fashion? use some smaller plates for bigger ROM, get more horizontal, and save the jerking for the final reps... christ.

  • actually you didnt jerk that much. but the ROM is still crap.

  • hey "Fatcat",

I perform 3 types of weight lifting techniques for the most part...

    1. light weight perfect form slow squeez

    2. moderate weight faster with a squeez

    3. HEAVY as possible with swinging motion and short range to build strength and power.

So I would keep your comments to yourself when you don't know what your talking about bud!

    Thank you,

    BT

  • Holy Moly ! Dude you are a beast ! That is some hard core weight.
