Thank you for sharing! I have been dealing with my problem most of my life, and I'm am hoping for big results on the 60th day! I plan on ordering Insanity in 3 days, and paying the extra 9.95 should get it here in 2-4 business days. Only problem is I work full time as a cashier at a grocery store,so for most of my days, I am standing up. My question is, is it best to do insanity before work , or after? Do the DVDs include a lot of stretching before the workout begins, or should I stretch by mys

Your results are really inspirational! I have a question for anyone who knows about this stuff. I'm starting out Insanity 60 pounds overweight and not in very great shape. I'm on day 3 and dreading my workout today. I can't walk, I'm hobbling. My calves and shoulders are so sore that just standing up is excruciating. How on earth am I going to do today's workout?? Can I expect to be this sore the entire 60 days? I can't even do housework or normal activities like this! Help!
@mizpriz Hi, sorry it took so long to get back to you. Yes, it is common to be sore after an intense workout. It's known as Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS). I've found that a recovery drink after working out really does help, and listening to my body does, too. There is a difference between soreness and injury, though, so be careful of that. Push yourself but also be safe. On the other hand, that is jokingly called "The Insanity Shuffle" the first few days. I hope you kept it up!
Thanks for the positive comment! It's certainly not the end of my journey and since then I've done another round of P90X and Insanity. I'm currently working on ChaLEAN Extreme and loving it! Just keep pressing play, follow the meal plan and you'll see great results!
Hey, what's your email address, I was wondering if I could get some 101 help? Thank you for posting this video, you look great!
