does that have a lift on it and what kind of tires do you have all seasons also in the back seat can you remove the bottom part of the seat or just fold them up?
Did that have stock suspension? I'm trying to decide what the largest tire I can fit under it without anything rubbing. I was thinking either a 31x10.5 or a 32.11.5.
Same with my dads 89, but we live in MN and he has the 2.4 my first yota is hopefully that same year and color w/ v6, but rather have it white or Blk, keep the manual and the lift kit. Love he v6 man. Low rang powertrain
Damn! I hate you! YOur Yota is CLEAN as HECK! Mine used to be like that too, but after 10 years of driving it Wisconsin SALT, it's a rust bucket now...
hell myou didnt even have to lock in the hubs for that... really nice truck though.. and im srry you have the 3.0.. you would be better off with the2.4
I have the same truck, 211 k and still going strong. It was a repo I bought in 1994. I just replaced the head gaskets, timing belt, water pump, freeze plugs and valve sleeves in June. I had the work done as maintenance not because it was needed. $1100 at the shop. The truck has never left me sitting on the side of the road all it needs next is a nice paint job as its original is not looking so good. Interior needs work too, it is 18 years old. You can't beat these trucks just take care of them.
@Scrat335 211 aint nothin, I know plenty over 250K and one that has well over 300K, mine is 240K, but I had an accident, but when I get it fixed the odometer will continue to roll
This is something you never ever ever see in one peice in new hampshire, one that's that old anyways. My god I've never seen one in such... great shape.
my dad had '87 toyota 2wd five speed 3.0l v6 used it to teach how to drive a stick shift loved that truck but sold it for a '95 wrangler 5speed i kinda wish he woulda kept the truck but he didnt care for it as much as i did and the jeep is more fun
because they are awesome trucks and nobody in thier right mind would get rid of them. i have the exact same truck only i have the two bucket seats in mine. they come stock in the sr5.
you got a nice pick-up i got the exact same one, same color but i got a 4 inch lift with 33 inch mud king tires on 15 inch black rims with chrome bolts and cap. there and awesome little truck. i just need to do somethin to get more power, like get a bigger exaust or cold air intake
If you don't mind what was your selling price? I have 93 regular cab I bought new. Ran Mobil one for 170,000 miles, blew head gasket , mixed oil and water. So to be safe I installed a Jasper with 100,000 mile warranty. Wanted a higher horsepower 22re motor from Oregon, the warranty living in the south would have been a issue no local installers for them.. The local Jasper dealers/installers all had good things to say about Jasper. I'd rather have a new motor than high mileage 8-10 year old truck.
It was an advertisment showing overall condition and basic functioning of the drivetrain/suspension. It did the job and sold the truck. I didn't realize it was that hard to figure out....
