USA changed its policy towards Myanmar now that China has the 100% of foreign investment in that country a country with an exceptional economic potential, I think that the USA is too late, now they see that their aggressive foreign policy has not been as effective as they though. Instead of negotiating with other contries they end up having cases like Iraq, Iran, Syria, Libya, Cuba and North Korea.
