The original music may be better than the wii's version of the music..., but it seems that when combined together, Cave Story's music as a whole is better than the parts themselves.

@SexyShodow11 Well there's a download for the entire PC soundtrack on the Cave Story fan site, and I got the Wii soundtrack from Youtube user Frygoon, who uploads soundtracks on his channel.

I just edited them to play at the same speed at the same time on different speakers, and looped it several times to go for 15 minutes.

The original had a more intense feel to it , as the updated one had a more epic style to it, you managed to combine them both to give it, an epic intensity worthy of which to be called a Final Battle, most impressed with this.

The Wii's version of the music wasn't too bad if ya ask me. Few songs I prefer even more, some songs just give me a sort of different feeling. Like, their both about as good, but as two totally different things. Its hard to describe... Its like trying to comparetwo totally different things :v

@gamefreak391 The American version was just a big glitch, fixable via patch.

Retail releases can't simply be fixed by patches, so they'd have to get it right from the start.

I love the eerie quiet present in the Wii version, but I honestly prefer the pace and style of the PC version because I feel that it heightens the tension a bit (which makes sense for where its placement in the game.)
