@RelightAFire Don't worry about it. That is a 400 watt metal halide bulb. There is very little mercury in it. And even if it were filled to the brim with mercury, there is not enough power in a microwave to break the arc tube (the little glass tube in the middle) In all honesty, the few cases where these lamps have exploded usually take place from a massive spike in electricity (which usually only fries the ballast) or in a laboratory.
