...braces, body casts, surgeries, broken rods, clamps, wires, deteriorating bone grafts, and osteoarthritis for about 30 years now. Although I spent many years in hospitals and have learned to walk 3 times, I've dealt with the hump the limp the scars and the pain every day. Acceptance was the hardest lesson I've ever learned in life, and hearing others talk about it only made me curse them more. Whoever you are, wherever you are, my heart goes out to you.
