To turn on subtitles on YouTube: Hover over the triangle on the lower right hand corner of the video player. A 'cc' box will appear. Click on it to turn it red and the subtitles will be on. Next to the red box is another little triangle. Hover over it and you can select the language you want to watch the video in. This is available in Kinyarwandan, English and French, for example.
