Kid is still young. He was undrafted in the NBA just this summer. No offense but it's better for him to play internationally, it'll give him a better chance of playing in the NBA. He'll be a star in the PBA but that would close the chances of him making it to the NBA. Besides, game-wise.. He'll improve more abroad.. He can always come play for PI nationals on international competitions. Come on guys, Gabe has a rare opportunity for a PhilPlayer.. He could play in the NBA.
Yeah, look at Kelly Williams.. He plays SG-SF in Oakland.. First time he played in PI, he got that sick crossover dribble, sweet stroke and high percentage three.. Now he plays PF sometimes C and what happened to the shooting range? No offense, K-Dubb is one of my Fave players.. Hard-work and Experience-wise, he has improved, but skill-wise? *sigh* ..bottom-line. Gabe shouldn't play in PBA.
I think some of college players in the NCAA USA have Pinoy blood like Gabe Norwood.
