They may seem to be the same design as the Shoreliner/Comet even though they are ACMUs. SEPTAs Silveliner IVs look somewhat like Comet rail cars even though they are EMU and Comets are push pulls.

Same with me and the sparks always shoot out from the 3rd rail on the train, never seen it pass-by without that happening.
