I am not a fan of the flycam nano at all. I've never been able to balance it properly. What in your opinion is the easiest type of glidecam to balance?
@in2universe Practice walking to where you don't stomp your feet, and always use two hands to operate. One to carry, and one to steer with just a few fingers under the gimbal.
@sebsalomon1080 Glidecam is definitely worth it's value, but i've been using this flycam for a very long time. I still use it often today because it's smaller than the Glidecam. I wouldn't say it would break easily. Exactly what part of the flycam breaks easily?
@MrCheesyCam well im not trying to say the flycam sucks but the glidecam is better quality built. i used my friend's flycam and the handled broke in two pieces:( also i noticed the gimball was not as smooth as the glidecam..... btw nice video ;)
@sebsalomon1080 I agree the Glidecam is much better built, easier to balance, but much more expensive at about 3 times the price. I own two other Glidecams. Still the Flycam has been a great tool for me, and there are some other great examples on the net. Not too shabby for the price.
very very nice. i'm hoping to get a flycam soon too, not sure exactly what one to get though. i personally have a 60d so i don't need to get a expensive one for weight, but it will be used with a 5D with red rock matte box and follow focus so will need some with weight
I am trying to balance it with Canon 7D and EFS 18-200mm - no luck yet =( is it too heavy? =(

Anyone know of a stabiliser that will work with a light 550d/600d and it's kit lens or maybe a heavier lens. but not an L series. I ain't rich.

@eveningniteshade how about the stabilizer he's talking about in this video? it's roughly about 120 US dollars.
