@evenflow919 It can be driven, I did it for three months one time. It was insanely loud and could light grass on fire if I let it idle too long, its not a good idea. At the time the car was running on one park plug too so it sounded all sorts of fucked up.

@foxbodymustangboy89 Cat back just means from the midpipe back (towards the rear of the car). Actual catalytic converters aren't involved with a catback

nope the hardest part is usually the hangers, on an older car they may be hard to remove, get alot of lube ;)
