the broncos scored on two browns turnovers in the first half, a kosar interception and a kevin mack fumble.. Also the browns had only 10 men on a forth down goal line situation.I am looking for any browns ticket stubs.. deancoleman2008@comcast.net
I remember listening tothis game on american forces radio...in the UK. It was so exciting, I was into American Football at the time, a dolphins fan cos of mr marino...this was some game. Shame the dolphins won bugger all, elway rocks
One of the greatest football games of all time. I was 14, watching it with my whole family when I lived in Denver. We all went nuts. Then got our hearts broken in the Super Bowl.
Dude, I'm sorry, I'm an enormous BRONCO FAN, however, I LOVED your commentary. It was great!!!! Okay, I might have to root for your Browns every now and then, BUT NOT when they play MY BRONCOS!!!! LOL!!!!
dasco r u a browns fan?...hussain its 38-31 when byner fumbles not 38-33 yes thats the final score when karlis takes the safety late in the 4th...I would like to see the browns win 1 super bowl because there loyal fans deserve at least 1 and thats comin from a Broncos fan here!!...
yes we do deserve a super bowl trophy but hey you guys won 2 super bowls with Elway as your QB. And words buzzing around browns fan's in Cleveland that this year might be the year we win it all
I'm a HUGE Browns fan, but there is no way the playoffs are even in reach this year. Our schedule is brutal, and the defense didn't get much help this offseason so it's still going to be swiss cheese. It would be nice to see the offense roll again, but that defense needs major help.
I think the referees were obliged to call the field goal in OT good because how can you remember the greatest TD drive in NFL history if the team who scored it lost?
I have the whole game transfered from VHS to DVD in SP mode. Its very good. Anyhow I felt really bad for Byner, if it wasn't for Byner who had about 100 yards rushing and about 100 receiving the BROWNS wouldn't have made it that close. Does anybody know where Byner is today ?
Earnest Byner is now a running backs coach for the Tennessee Titans, after spending the last few seasons working for the Washington Redskins as a running backs coach under Joe Gibbs.
I was there, only 12 years old though. I never heard a stadium so loud to a stadium where you can hear a pin drop, in a matter of minutes. Sad day and I remember it like it was yesterday. Better days to come..GO BROWNS
@SimplyTim74 Yup, January 11th! I was 6 years old at the time, and I remember the miserable malcontent attitudes the following day. Seems we've been cursed since "Red Right 88".
ahhhh gotta love those browns

I think instead of saying "Like Elway getting sacked" he should've said "Like Elway throwing an interception".

unless you can invent a time machine and go back in time and the moemnt elway was sacked he fumbled the football & the browns recovered.
