Haha.. my turn to point out a few things for you:

The video is over three years old. I was RR 7 / RR8 when it was filmed, and the majority of the players that I fought against in this footage were at least that RR, if not higher.

Why should I bother kiting, or rooting when it's not necessary? I would have no issue kiting or rooting players, and did so frequently while running 8 man, but that doesn't mean it's a requirement to do so when solo.

20-24 is popular, thidranki is really fun. 35-39 is also fun, the molvik battlegrounds. Personally, I always played in thidranki or molvik I never played much in the frontiers.  Too much area to cover and not many solo battles; mostly zergs.
