Omg your hair looks like mine! ^_^ I do twists in my hair but it takes about 2 hours because I've never done flat twists. This is actually a very time saving and clever method of twisting. I can't wait to try it!
Finally! A flat twist method I can do!!! You don't know how much you've helped me. I've been practicing all these YT tutorials and I just can't flat twist to save my life, but your method is so easy. I picked it up quickly and I can even do it tight. I'm so happy, happy, happy. Bless you!!!!
OKAY freaky. Our hair texture is the EXACT SAME! Ive never seen anyone's this close to mine even down to how it reacts to product and when combed by the denman, it would poof at the root and curl up at the ends! I would have to add SO much product at the root it I wanted to do the raking method.Didnt do flat twists like this ever wish I had though before I permed it. I might go back natural...bc the perms are making it fall out again (had to perm for health reasons :-( neck injury) Wish I hadnt
@GfyEmyLouLou Yes! I never understand why my hair poofs at the roots, it does take a lot of product to weigh it down and by then it's all stringy at the tips...Start transitioning asap! Thanks for watching!
so im a new subby and i swear ive been trying so long to do a flat twist with no luck at ALL! until now that is!! u go so low and i can actually see what ur doing.....thanks girl :-)
I just subbed to your channel and I'm already addicted lol! I will be using one of your makeup looks for a wedding that I am going to this weekend!! You are fabulous:p
Its so funy cuz i was like finally.. i found someone with my exact hair texture and thickness, it is nice to see what my hair will look like once i remove the relaxed ends (i am 2 years transitioner)...but when you pulled out the purple spray bottle i dang near spat,lol... i have that same bottle with distilled water and conditioner that i use as my leav in !!
I used to put my hair in 4 plats after washing and conditioning but i found it easier to put everything in smaller plats of like 6 or 8 cuz of all the hair i have
This video has giving me hope. I'm one year natural and really itching for a texlaxer or something but this is giving me suggestions on what to do with my hair. thanks for sharing
I love your natural hair! I am transitioning and will try this style. Have you always been natural? if not for how long and how long did you transition or just did the BC, your hair looks so soft and healthy :)
Bouncing off of what @DollBabyBeautyTV said, maybe not a full tutorial, but just update the description box of this tutorial with the portions of each product you use for Kimmaytube's altered leave-in. I tried her recipe a while back and it was great, but the castor oil was too heavy for me. I think we have similar textures of hair so I'm guessing yours would be a great match. Flat twists are my go-to style as well lol
@sixtwentysevenblog Heeeeeyyy girlie!!!!! I answered her with details, I'll put it in the description box too. I used half of the castor oil because of that very reason... Our textures are similar, I think yours maybe a little softer/not as coarse as mine. I'm going to send you a message mmkay? lol
@DollBabyBeautyTv Hey, I really didn't measure anything out, just kind of eye balled it, but it follows the proportions of Kimmaytubes: 2 tbsp of KCKT, 2 tbsp of Kiss my face upper management gel (sub for aloe vera gel), 2 tsp Jojoba oil, 1 tsp of Castor oil (half of this because it's really heavy on my hair), 1 tsp of Grapeseed oil, and I also added 1 tbsp of Ouidad Moisture Lock leave-in.
@najmaj Oh no, tangled mess....try sectioning in smaller sections and using a good slippery conditioner. Suave Almond and Shea really helps me out with tangles. Also, tangles could be due to shabby ends, evaluate your ends and if you see a single stranded knot or split then there is probably more of them throughout your hair and all you'll need is a trim! Results tomorrow evening, thanks for watching hun
lol, no I have a good routine and products, but my hair just doesn't like to style when it's wet. I find it difficult to do a cute style on wet hair, even when it's damp it's messy to braid. *shoulder shrug*. I just always marvel at those whose hair cooperates while wet lol
what lovely hair you have! i just subcribed
