I wrote to Jose to find out if it was on any of his albums, and the reply was "sorry it's not". So the only version is as I posted from the defunct QoS web site is the only known version? I stand to be corrected.

why was this show never promoted in England considering all the British involvement. Only now 7 years after cancellation is it being shown. No official dvd in Britain or America
