What is all the rage with the peep toe...I see it show for winter even here in Canada which is simply absurd. I predicted the end of the wedge in a few years time and seem to have gotten my wish, wedges are simply ugly. How long will the peep toe last? Not a bad style if you are up on your pedicures and have nice toes...neither of which I am proficient with! lol

@carmy60 - LOL...ok, ok...so maybe they are better with nicely pedicured toes! ;-) From a design standpoint, the peep toe, or any cutout detail for that matter, allows for the design to provide a contrast between the exposed area and the shoe material. The fun part is that every peep toe or cutout detail design will very different on each woman. You can design one shoe that will change in contrast from foot to foot in a way that a completely closed design would not. Design fun!!! :-)

I guess I wrote that on a cold day but I am excited for it this spring! I cant wear the 4" plus heals on a regular basis but anything under in the leopard would be beautiful! Have to stay away from Madden Girl as they are mostly plastic. I wont buy a shoe if it is not leather. Def starting to warm up to the idea...lol Gosh I love shoes :)

I love steve madden, it's the only shoe brand that gives a sexy bombshell classic look but also being comfortable. I used to always love Aldo shoes, but they always fit me bad, but steve madden, i don't care about their high prices, they do the job well!

@nichya11 - Madden does handle designs well, reflecting the quality design team they have over there. :-) ALDO historically runs small and does not truly support half sizes, so you end up with a shoe and is often a little snug or a little loose, unless you have perfect whole size feet. While the retail prices are hight, on-line purchase or discount stores like DSW can make these very affordable. :-)

The problem with Steve Madden shoes is that a lot of them are plastic and I only wear leather...why would anyone pay a high price for inferior quality?

@bootiefull27 - Well, sure....Zappos website is probably the best place. Zappos allows you to shop by size and style. You can select size "3" and style "high heels", for example, and get hits for both women's and girl's shoes. You'd be surprised how many cute shoes there are in small sizes. Good luck!
