wer is the energy i see no martial spirit. and your technich laks movement.. if you feel insulted then you may challenge me im from the white dragon school
Quite good, i have no past experince on any martials arts but id have to say. This is rather great but youd have to train slowly with somone to block very fast i think knocking their balance is a lot better
i like the block, its not bad, but the follow up punches are a lil iffy, if at all i would switch them, use a block + punch at the same time. i dunno, i suppose this could work but i really dont like leaving the other hand alone for so long. and i dont like the demo of the lone training, i cant see whats happening from in front of the block, only the sides,
You're teaching bad form in your techniques, if you step back and out of range of that punch you should never try to chase that punch with a block, you'll get mangled because their hand won't be there and it's a waste of energy as well. To viewers, find a friend and some boxing gloves/wraps and just duke it out no rules except below the belt for 10 minutes of actual fighting a day for a few weeks before learning a martial system. It gives you a point of reference and more realistic expectation
You're a fool if you think this instructor is executing this block at anything close to full speed. My full execution speed of this block is easily 10x that of this demonstration. Even if this instructor isn't that fast, it doesn't diminish the value of the technique itself. The technique works. It's up to the individual to develop speed. Even if you are faster than your defender, your arm still has twice the distance to travel for your attack as the defender's arm does for the block.
it nice

The moment, I know you're a smasher, I'll use alot of fakes and I'll hit you every time because you put so much energy into blocking. =D

Have any of you ever watched a boxing match or a muay thai match or an MMA or San Shou match? These techniques would NEVER work.

If I punched you low, you'd have a pair of underwear full of intestines before you could even dream of executing this!!!
