@TheTraineralex But I have a feeling the main reason Capcom went this route and gave Ninja Theory the wheel was because they no longer knew what to do with the story. There's not much to do with it anymore, I mean Vergil is trapped in hell, Dante was looking a bit old in DMC4(I missed his younger looking self... why did he even age? Lol) and while Nero was a likable character, he was definitely no Dante. Perhaps it would have been best if they had at least just made THIS character Nero.
@Trike17 well I don't think so, just look how Crapcom is going downhill right now, the mercenaries and it's Save file stuff(really this is epic fail), all megaman projects being cancelled and with Keiji inafune leaving pretty sure the blue bomber is dead, the Darkstalkers at the comicon was just a "show me ya money so i can make you a new game" rather than an actual project and UMVC3 move which I knew they would and I am pretty sure there will be a MVC arcade edition.
Capcom just throw in a classic Dante costume as a pre-order bonus or something, I guarantee half the rabid fans, (myself included) would shut the hell up and buy the game.

Admito que el juego se ve mejor de lo que no esperaba, pero mirando el gameplay no le veo mucha diferencia con el DMC original, se parece bastante a una mezlca de Dante y Nero, y por el tipo de mundo en el que se encuentra ahora no habría sido dificil meterlo en la historia, el reboot fué innecesario, pero se ve bien y al menos este Dante esta limpio, no como el del primer trailer. Aun así espero que Capcom lo reconsideren y hagan DMC5... los fans deberiamos adueñarno de las compañias de juegos.

@darkness861 Pues los demonios, los jefes e incluso la personalidad de Dante me guste en DMC2, pero la verdad me gustó más el 4, porque en su gameplay se parecía más al 3, porque unas cosas que no me gustaba de 2 era en parte como corria Dante, su Stinger y que no le podias comprar habilidades nuevas, los enemigos un 10, pero los jefes usaban una mision completa y el juego bastante facil, yo el 2 lo tomé como un trabajito más de Dante y el 4 tambien. el 5 es una "pesadilla de Dante"

el juego es muy bueno, las quejas que ha tenido no es por los graficos o modo de juego, sino por que no le continuaron la historia al DMC4 y dejaron muchos puntos sin aclarar con lo de NERO. Dejando eso a un lado este juego se mira muy bien y se ve que sera excelente =P

I guarantee simply changing his hair to its original form would shut these little cry babies up... because as far as I can see, the gameplay remains the same, if not, better than the previous installments. And you can't complain about a holographic girl following Dante around when you had an out-of-the-blue ninja girl in DMC2 who turned into a fucking BIRD. A BIRD. The music, however, is something reasonable to complain of.

Knowing of these, I'm obviously no newfag to the DMC universe. I've been playing since day 1 of the first game's release. Yeah, even though I'm looking forward to this new game because I enjoy how the gameplay looks, I'm hoping we get to see the Dante we've come to know and love develop as the story progresses. @TheTraineralex But I have a feeling the main reason Capcom went this route and gave Ninja Theory the wheel was because they no longer knew what to do with the story. There's not much to do with it anymore, I mean Vergil is trapped in hell, Dante was looking a bit old in DMC4(I missed his younger looking self... why did he even age? Lol) and while Nero was a likable character, he was definitely no Dante. Perhaps it would have been best if they had at least just made THIS character Nero.

@Trike17 well I don't think so, just look how Crapcom is going downhill right now, the mercenaries and it's Save file stuff(really this is epic fail), all megaman projects being cancelled and with Keiji inafune leaving pretty sure the blue bomber is dead, the Darkstalkers at the comicon was just a "show me ya money so i can make you a new game" rather than an actual project and UMVC3 move which I knew they would and I am pretty sure there will be a MVC arcade edition.

Admito que el juego se ve mejor de lo que no esperaba, pero mirando el gameplay no le veo mucha diferencia con el DMC original, se parece bastante a una mezlca de Dante y Nero, y por el tipo de mundo en el que se encuentra ahora no habría sido dificil meterlo en la historia, el reboot fué innecesario, pero se ve bien y al menos este Dante esta limpio, no como el del primer trailer. Aun así espero que Capcom lo reconsideren y hagan DMC5... los fans deberiamos adueñarno de las compañias de juegos.

@darkness861 Pues los demonios, los jefes e incluso la personalidad de Dante me guste en DMC2, pero la verdad me gustó más el 4, porque en su gameplay se parecía más al 3, porque unas cosas que no me gustaba de 2 era en parte como corria Dante, su Stinger y que no le podias comprar habilidades nuevas, los enemigos un 10, pero los jefes usaban una mision completa y el juego bastante facil, yo el 2 lo tomé como un trabajito más de Dante y el 4 tambien. el 5 es una "pesadilla de Dante"

haha si no les gusta el nuevo dante y dicen que se ve mal el juego pss no lo compren y ya .-. ahorren su baro ches pobres,, los verdaderos fans de dmc como yo estaran deacuerdo conmigo en comprarlo y probar este nuevo juego que se ve mmuuuy chingon, somos fans de dmc y ya van a sacar el nuevo =D disfrutemoslo

@richyleonhart no es la apariencia, es la actitud de dante, de lo genial que era paso a un marica Emo drogadicto, el no fumaba por que el creador ORIGINAL dijo que no le parecia cool fumar, ahora tameem lo arruino diciendo que no es cool y bla bla , date cuenta de lo narcisista igual, si comparas una imagen de este emo con el de tameem te das cuenta de que lo unico que quiere es ponerse en un juego

es posible que el nuevo dmc se cage respecto al aspecto nuevo de dante, pero talvez se pueda pasar por alto ese error si el juego tiene un mejor gameplay, y kreo ke asi sera,no digo ke esoty de acuerdo con la nueva cara de dante, pero "no ay que juzgar un libro con su portada", puede que tenga algo que ver con la nueva historia....

Solo los que no son fan de la Saga de Devil May Cry les gusta el nuevo dante ya que como no lo jugaron desde el primer juego de Devil May Cry no les importa mucho su apariencia. Pero los verdaderos fans; saben que este nuevo juego va hacer una jalada total, creo que al Creador de DMC no le importo haver cagado el DMC2 que ahora quizo echar a perder el DMC5 & eso creo yo que le costara algunos fans! Sin duda hasta ahora el mejor DMC a sido el "3 y el 2" & quizas tambien el 4!

@SneroNoel Como fan de Devil May Cry que ha jugado todos los juegos originales yo te digo, vete al carajo, fanboy idiota. Yo si quiero jugar este Devil May Cry porque se ve divertido. Me vale madre como diablos se ve Dante, mientras el juego sea BUENO, me vale gorro el que sea DIFERENTE.

@SneroNoel Hmm, no soy muy fan de DMC, pero hasta yo se que quienes desarrollaron Devil May Cry 5, es otro equipo completamente diferente al de los otros 4, y que de los otros 4 el peor ha sido el DMC 2. Pfff, y te llamas fan de la saga...

Enslaved meets DMC es idéntico al enslaved, me gusta el estilo saturado de los colores que team ninja usa, espero que se imaginen otra cosa porque ese ending de horda es igualito al de enslaved, espero un gran juego, me hubiera gustado mas usas al dante de DMC3 que a mi gusto es el mejor, pero ni modo, un Hack & slash nunca será despreciado por mí

Me da risa como la gente esta mas pendiente de la aparienca de Dante que del juego en si. En serio, ya dejen de lloriquear y acostumbrense.
