Its a military STYLE high school band. High school bands can be military or show, military play traditional songs and do traditional marches. Show bands play contemporary music and their majorettes dance to it in a way that fits the music. He's just booing because he likes the show band more. <_< Me personally, I'm just telling you its a military high school band that hasn't lost a competition in 59 years.
