this video was ULTRA INFORMATIVE - in fact, I would have liked it if it gave examples of the lies, deception that follows with the entry of youth protection in a families life. These people feed a massive machine (child protection INDUSTRY) which uses social workers to find VICTIMS... then ... uses PERJURY and all sorts of CRIMINAL ACTS.... to thereafter TRAP the family into the youth courta - then holds children, their parents and the entire family HOSTAGE for years in lawless courts of crap!

If you go on face book to a group called Families and Their children you will hear hundreds of stories of CPS corruption and baby stealing. Some people are ignorant to the whole situation and think CPS is so great. Think again. They lie and twist words and situations. The federal government gives them 6,000 dollars for every child they steal and sell into adoption/slavery in my state. So if you don't know first look around without being biased.

goodness gracious - as a social worker, I am offended. if there is no proof that a child is being maltreated ( abuse, neglect..) there is no way I can *take your baby*. safety of the child is #1. if the child is safeand there are no major concerns, we'll leave you alone.

Social workers are not monsters. we are human, and we do not all work in child protection. ok, there are some bad apples in the crew, just like there are bad apples in any profession.

CPS snatches kids faster than you can drop a hat, for little to no reason what ever. They are like rabid dogs after a piece of meat, once they get the scent (a report) they will stop at nothing to take a child. Then it is up to you, at your expense, to disprove all allegations, and fight a huge bureaucracy to get your kids back. I wouldn't sick CPS on my worst enemy.

@edwina4752 actually, in NC social workers can take a child without proof, just the suspicion of abuse, but for parents, if they ask to see a warrent, or do not jump through the hoops that are required of them by the social workers they are labeled as 'non-compliant' and without due process can have their child removed from their homes. CPS in NC does not respect the rights of a parent by having papers served on them so that the parent can go to court and present evidence of their innocense.

@edwina4752 ..I had social workers threaten to apprehend my 5 yr child if I did not place him in a summer play program and use the system to obtain an intern supervision order forcing me to put him in a summer program because after the social worker could find nothing to substantiate any abuse or neglect,,,she dreamed up this angle of "the child is isolated in the community your honor,,this child needs eyes in the community..... Hitler was also fond of summer camps for kids

@edwina4752 Your a liar. In many states a judge can give temporary custody to someone else based solely on accusations until the parents appear in court which can take days or weeks depending on the courts schedule.

In the case that I have direct knowledge of the child was going to be placed in home of a convicted drug addict who has serious mental issues. The parents of the child were 100% innocent of all charges but were going to lose their child until they could prove that.

Secondly, most Child Protective Service (CPS) workers do not possess college degrees in social work and many may have GEDs. Lastly, CPS employees are statutorily classified as caseworkers, thus, have no oversight and are held to no legal standards of civil rights law or Social Work licensing.

Warrants apply equally to police officers, social workers, code enforcement officers, and the dog catcher - anyone who is a governmental employee has to follow the US Constitution. Here are some excellent videos on dealing with government employees. Whenever you hear police, you can equally substitute social worker, etc. Look up "Busted, A Citizen's Guide To Police Encounters" and "Don't Talk To Police", each video is about 45 minutes. Great info.

Unfortunately there are bad case carrying workers in Child Protective Services. These are not technically "Social Workers". Social Workers are only people with their BSW or MSW. As an MSW I can tell you this is not an accurate representation of what should or would happen. I do not doubt there may be situations during which this may happen and parents should be aware of certain facts, such as they have no obligation to allow anyone entry into their home or sign documentation. cont...

However, people who go into the field of social work generally do so for the benefit of the families and children they serve. I cannot speak for all... but I do know that to claim that all workers "lie and fabricate information" to build a case is simply a blanket statement. Social workers are trained on how to detect abuse and neglect and also to respect the rights of every person we work with regardless of the situation.
