The Torah gives the sages of each generation to create "fences for the Torah," which means to create protective laws, so that one shouldn't come to transgress a Torah law, such as adultery. I'm not saying someone would be so sick to think of lying with the Queen of England or any other old lady. But if we can make exemptions here and there, then it defeats the purpose.

Orthodox Judaism in general holds that when the Moshiach reveals himself, all of us non-Jews are going to be slaves (avadim kena'anim) to Jews-each and every Jew gets 2,800 to be precise (according to Resh Lakish in Shabbos 32b). Modern Orthodox Jews often hold similar, if less extreme, interpretations.
